Measuring Basal Body Temperature (BBT) is a method that helps to select days for making love so that (1) either you can avoid pregnancy or (2) you can get pregnant, depending on what you wish. Measuring Basal Body Temperature is a less known method that empowers a woman to take decide when she wants to get pregnant or when she does not want to get pregnant.

5] Internal Reproductive Organs
The hormone estrogen chiefly causes the changes. Vagina, the passage from which menses flow out, turns from bright red to dull pink. The uterus (womb) and ovaries (Female egg cell producing glands), which are adjacent to the womb, increase in size. The only feature externally noticed by the girl is the whitish secretion emanating from the vagina. This is called 'leucorrhea'. It is not abnormal and doesn't need any treatment.

6] Height
Here again the hormone 'estrogen' is at play. The growth spurt is one of the earliest manifestations of puberty in girls. First the legs and then the spine grow giving the child her adult height. Hence many girls have longer legs in proportion to their torso in the first year of puberty. The maximum increase in height is up to 10 cm or 4 inches per year. The increase in height often starts even before the onset of menses (menarche). In the 2 years following menarche most girls grow about 5 cm (2 inches) before growth ceases at maximal adult height.

7] Face
The face of a child is almost round in shape. As the girl grows it becomes oval.The hormone 'Androgen' increases the oily secretion. On the cheeks pimples or acne start coming up, which the girl is, unnecessarily, too conscious about and hankers to get some healing lotion. Her being conscious of appearance increases ten fold times, unlike any time before.

8] Body
ShapeThe typical female curve emerges owing to greater deposition of fat in the breasts, hips and thighs. The lower part of the pelvis (torso) widens to provide for a larger birth canal.


9] Menses
Menses is discharge of blood colored liquid flowing out from the genital area below the opening of the urinary passage. It lasts for three to five days continuously, then stops and begins again after a month. Keeps on recurring month after month, though irregular in the beginning. The female egg cell 'ovum' is not begun growing and hasn't begun popping up each month. It would be doing that some months after menses begin. 'Menses' or 'menstrual cycle' also called 'periods' begin any time between age thirteen to fifteen years, and continues all life until they cease forever, which is some time between age forty to fifty years. The beginning of menses is called 'menarche', while the permanent cessation of periods is called 'menopause'. Periods also cease during pregnancy (nine months) until childbirth continuing until she breast-feeds her baby.

In a similar way the sexual excitement and arousal keeps increasing every day. And one fine day you have the privacy, so you get a chance to masturbate. Having masturbated once you are aroused because you have some sexually exciting material [SSM] to read or see and you repeat, for example, three more times. After that, it is enough and you fall off to sleep. You feel it is over. You are done. Your body has an auto stop mechanism where by you don’t go on masturbating repeatedly hundreds of time in a day. Body takes care.You can’t exceed your body limits.

This analogy was to prove that a person cannot masturbate

in excess.
